2. Visiting the website and hosting

This website is hosted by easyname GmbH in Austria. When you access the pages, the web server processes technically necessary data:

  • IP address
  • date and time of access
  • page accessed
  • browser and operating system
  • previously visited page (referrer)

This data is used solely to operate the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are stored only for as long as necessary for this purpose and are then deleted.

The PROLandwirt software (logistik.pro-landwirt.com) and all data stored in it – including trial accounts – are also hosted by easyname GmbH, Canettistraße 5/10, 1100 Vienna, in Austria. A data processing agreement is in place with easyname.

3. Cookies, analytics and fonts

This website does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services. The fonts used are stored directly on our server – no data is transferred to third parties such as Google when the page is loaded.

The PROLandwirt software itself (logistik.pro-landwirt.com) uses technically necessary cookies after you log in so that you stay logged in. These cookies are used only to operate your account and not for analytics or advertising.

4. Contact form, email and phone

If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone – for example with questions about PROLandwirt – we process your details (name, farm/business, email address and, optionally, phone number, products you sell, preferred plan and message) in order to answer your enquiry. The contact form does not store any data on the server; your details are sent directly to us by email. The legal basis is the initiation of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Like the website, our emails are processed by easyname GmbH in Austria.

5. Free trial account

“Try it free” takes you to the sign-up page at logistik.pro-landwirt.com. For your trial account we process the details you enter there: name and address of the farm (street, postcode, town, country), first and last name, phone number, email address and password. We use this data to set up and provide your account, send you confirmations and contact you about questions regarding setup.

The legal basis is the performance of the free trial contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The trial lasts 7 days, ends automatically and requires neither a paid contract nor a payment method; our terms and conditions apply. If you choose PROLandwirt after the trial, section 6 applies. Otherwise we delete your trial account and the associated data 30 days after the trial ends, unless statutory retention obligations apply. You can request deletion at any time beforehand at info@pro-landwirt.com.

Data about your own customers that you enter in PROLandwirt during the trial is processed as described in section 7.

6. Farms that use PROLandwirt

For farms that use PROLandwirt, we process the data needed to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), such as company and contact details, login data and billing data. We keep accounting records for seven years due to legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with § 132 BAO, the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code).

We collect the fees for PROLandwirt via the payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland). Stripe processes the necessary payment data for this purpose (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); data may be transferred to Stripe, Inc. in the USA, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For more information, see Stripe’s privacy policy.

7. Data that farms store in PROLandwirt

In PROLandwirt, farms manage the data of their own customers, such as names, delivery addresses, orders and invoices. This also applies to trial accounts. The respective farm is the controller of this data within the meaning of the GDPR. PROLandwirt GmbH processes it solely on the farm’s behalf and in accordance with its instructions (Art. 28 GDPR); for this purpose every farm concludes a data processing agreement (DPA) with us when signing up.

If you order from a farm via PROLandwirt and have questions about your data, please contact that farm directly.

8. Disclosure to third parties

We only disclose personal data if this is necessary to perform a contract, if we are legally obliged to do so or if you have given your consent. Service providers that process data on our behalf (e.g. hosting) are contractually bound to comply with the GDPR.

9. Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

  • access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • erase your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • withdraw consent you have given, with effect for the future

To do so, simply contact info@pro-landwirt.com.
