All prices in euros, net, plus 20% VAT. A customer counts if they are set to active in the billing month. The revenue share is calculated on the net revenue of the previous month. The base fee and add-ons are billed monthly in advance; customers and revenue share are billed in arrears for the previous month.

Do I need to be particularly tech-savvy?
No. PROLandwirt was developed for farmers and direct sellers, not for IT experts. After a short introduction you can work on your own – and we help you get started.
How long does setup take?
The basic setup – products, customers and your first routes – is usually done within a few days. We do it together with you.
Can my customers really order by themselves?
Yes. Every customer gets a personal login to a simple app that runs in the browser – no installation. There they see your current range and order whenever it suits them. You are notified immediately.
Does PROLandwirt work on smartphones too?
Yes. Both your admin area and your customers’ ordering app are optimised for smartphones.
What happens to my data?
Your data is stored securely in Austria/Europe. We process it in line with the GDPR and only to provide our service – your customers’ data solely on your behalf. We do not sell data or use it for advertising. You’ll find the details in our privacy policy.
How much does PROLandwirt cost?
From €49 per month net, plus a revenue share of 1.0 to 1.5% depending on the plan. Setup is a one-off €299. You’ll find all the details and a calculator for your farm under Pricing.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. The change applies from the next billing period. All plans include the same features – so you lose nothing when you switch.
